By accessing or using DuceHost services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services. These terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

DuceHost provides web hosting services including but not limited to: • **Shared Hosting**: Shared server resources for websites and applications • **WordPress Hosting**: Optimized hosting for WordPress websites • **VPS Hosting**: Virtual Private Server solutions with dedicated resources • **Domain Registration**: Domain name registration and management • **SSL Certificates**: Security certificates for encrypted connections • **Email Hosting**: Professional email services We strive to provide reliable, secure, and high-performance hosting services. Service specifications, features, and pricing are subject to change with reasonable notice to customers.

**Billing**: Services are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, or as specified). Payment is due at the time of purchase or renewal. **Accepted Payment Methods**: We accept payments via Paystack and other payment methods as displayed during checkout. **Currency**: All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise specified. **Late Payments**: Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension or termination. A grace period of 7 days is provided before suspension. **Refunds**: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase for eligible services. Domain registrations and SSL certificates are non-refundable once issued. **Price Changes**: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice to existing customers.

You agree NOT to use our services for: • **Illegal Activities**: Any activity that violates local, national, or international law • **Spam**: Sending unsolicited bulk email or messages • **Malware**: Distributing viruses, trojans, or malicious software • **Phishing**: Fraudulent attempts to obtain sensitive information • **Copyright Infringement**: Hosting pirated content or violating intellectual property rights • **Adult Content**: Pornographic material (unless explicitly permitted by your plan) • **Resource Abuse**: Activities that consume excessive server resources affecting other users • **Hacking**: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems • **DDoS**: Launching denial of service attacks Violation of these policies may result in immediate account termination without refund.

**Uptime Guarantee**: We strive for 99.9% uptime as outlined in our SLA. Credits may be issued for documented downtime exceeding our guarantee. **Limitation of Liability**: DuceHost shall not be liable for: • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control • Third-party actions or content hosted by customers **Maximum Liability**: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the preceding 12 months. **Indemnification**: You agree to indemnify and hold DuceHost harmless from any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

**Account Security**: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. **Account Information**: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it updated. **Account Transfers**: Accounts may only be transferred with our written approval. **Suspension**: We may suspend accounts for: • Non-payment • Terms violation • Security concerns • Legal requirements **Termination**: Either party may terminate the service with 30 days notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for backing up your data. We will retain data for 30 days after termination before permanent deletion.

**Our Property**: The DuceHost name, logo, website design, and proprietary software are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission. **Your Content**: You retain ownership of content you upload to our servers. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the service. **DMCA Compliance**: We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. To report copyright infringement, contact us with the required information including identification of the copyrighted work and location of the infringing material.

**Governing Law**: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. **Dispute Resolution**: Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
